Shipping Policy
Procession and Shipping:
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of being placed.
Changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours.
Shipping: All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when your order has shipped.
*During high volume sales periods there can be delays with order processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible, please allow an additional 48-72 hours for this.
Shipping Times: Current transit times within pandemic conditions are 1-18 working days after the order has shipped.
Insured Tracked Shipping: We offer Insured Shipping as an option during checkout for extra peace of mind. This provides a full money-back guarantee on your parcel during shipping – if your order is lost in transit or returned to us as a result of failed delivery, you will be covered with a free reshipment or a full refund.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out directly at info@ultrasafesa.co.za with the correct information as soon as possible.
After 48 hours of your order being placed, we cannot guarantee a change of address. In these instances, contact us directly and we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
Changes and Cancellations
We offer free changes and cancellations on all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email at info@ultrasafesa.co.za within 24 hours of ordering and our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.
Please note all orders are processed through our warehouse after 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, we cannot apply cancellations or changes. If you still want to cancel your order after 24 hours, please refer to our Return Policy.
